Ordering Policy and Information
All cakes are made fresh to order! Due to the amount of time it takes per cake, we have a specific ordering policy.

When placing an order, minimum of 72 hour notice is required. Orders placed within the 72 hours are considered rush orders and will incur a fee of $15.

If delivery is required, client is responsible for tolls, if any, and a delivery fee of $10. (Delivery fee is subject to change based on location)

A 50% deposit is due 1 week prior to event date, or at time of ordering if event is less than 1 week. Pay via Paypal @orianasoven.

FAQ's and Tips

Always keep your cake refrigerated!

To ensure freshness, consume dessert by "Best if served by" date on the note card included in the packaging.

For best storage results, cover leftover cake with saran wrap to keep dairy from drying.

When transporting:

Please hold cake box in your hands or place flat on the floor of the car.

If weather is warm, it is recommended to ride with the air conditioner on.

PLEASE drive carefully! Cake may shift during sharp turns or rapid acceleration and braking.
