Ordering Policy and Information

All cakes are made  fresh to order!  Due to the amount of time it takes per cake, we have a specific ordering policy. 

  • When placing an order, minimum of 72 hour notice is required. Orders placed within the 72 hours are considered rush orders and will incur a fee of $15.

  • If delivery is required, client is responsible for tolls, if any, and a delivery fee of $10. (Delivery fee is subject to change based on location)

  • A 50% deposit is due 1 week prior to event date, or at time of ordering if event is less than 1 week. Pay via Paypal @orianasoven.

Orders can be placed via this website, email, Instagram, text, or phone. Please send a detailed message including the following: 

  • Name

  • Date needed for

  • Details of what you would like: flavor, size, how many people you are trying to feed

  • List any food allergies

  • Delivery or pick-up?

FAQ's and Tips

  • Always keep your cake refrigerated! 

  • To ensure freshness, consume dessert by "Best if served by" date on the note card included in the packaging. 

  • For best storage results, cover leftover cake with saran wrap to keep dairy from drying. 

  • When transporting: 

    • Please hold cake box in your hands or place flat on the floor of the car.

    • If weather is warm, it is recommended to ride with the air conditioner on. 

    • PLEASE drive carefully! Cake may shift during sharp turns or rapid acceleration and braking.
